Luggage Porter PT Amsterdam

This Luggage Porter position requires a true dedicated teamplayer with an individual touch and a friendly and open personality. It is up to you to guarantee that the guest gets the best possible first impression of our exquisite Conservatorium hotel. You will be the first point of contact of all our guests. Not only are you there to welcome them and help them with their luggage. You will also have an influence on their individual experience, by providing them a 5 star experience due to personal interaction with our guests.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
 

• Welcoming the guests
• Transport the luggage to the rooms
• Transport cars to our garage
• Handling and satisfying guests with special request.

The Front Office Luggage Porter Desk is opened 7 days 24 hrs per day. Your working hours will be flexible between these opening hours. We offer a competitive salary in line with Horeca AVR and 25 days of annual leave based on a fulltime basis of 38 hours. 

About you:
 

• You have excellent verbal and written language and communication skills in English and Dutch
• Know how of the city
• You have driver’s license B
• You live in or nearby Amsterdam
• Experience Guest Services is preferred
