Manpower is recruiting a maintenance mentor for Dow in Terneuzen. As a maintenance mentor at Dow Terneuzen, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Motivating young people for Process Technology & Maintenance to attract young talent into the process industry
- Assisting in the development of the talents of tomorrow
- Being responsible for the structure and content of the Junior Practical Program (JPP) for maintenance and/or process technology students from Scalda
- Supervising, guiding, and collaborating with students
- Assigning work tasks to students, evaluating their work results, and providing feedback
- Collaborating with training coordinators and the JPP leader
