As a Management Assistant, you thrive in a role with diverse responsibilities. You will work closely with the management team, ensure smooth office operations, and organize various events—all while contributing to the mission of accelerating the energy transition!

You’ll join a rapidly growing company in Houten specializing in sustainable and reliable heating solutions. The organization is dedicated to helping businesses transition to renewable energy and boasts a young and dynamic team. This role offers 24 to 32 working hours per week and a competitive salary between € 3.000,- and € 3.500,- (based on 40 hours and experience).
What do you bring to the table?
You have a bachelor’s or master’s level education and relevant work experience. You’re a strong communicator, customer-oriented, and have an affinity for renewable energy, project management, and/or events. A true multitasker, you’re flexible and proactive. Experience with content creation or marketing is a plus!
Important: Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential as it’s the primary language used in the office. If you speak Spanish as well, that’s a great advantage!
