As a Dutch-speaking inside sales agent in Ranst, you’ll be working with a unique and independent company that stands out in the Benelux and Germany via YoungCapital.

Working as an inside sales agent in this company in Ranst, you’ll collaborate closely with real estate entrepreneurs, project developers, architects, engineers, and construction partners to deliver innovative solutions. Your mission would be to recruit new customers for the company, advise them, and be the first point of contact between them and the company. All that in Dutch! As a member of the inside sales team, you would promote the products and services to make sure the company can grow. This is a chance to leverage your passion for sales in a dynamic environment where your efforts will be rewarded.

Improvement is an important point! Through your efforts and your sales-personality, you make a significant contribution to increasing both turnover and customer satisfaction. You'd be part of a small but growing team and, together with your colleagues, you use your expertise and passion for sales to make sure things grow day by day. We are looking for people willing to commute to see their team in Ranst, as building a connection with your colleague is indispensable for teamwork.

What we ask:

  • Minimum mbo level or equivalent ability
  • You are service-oriented, persuasive, and passionate about Sales
  • You have to speak Dutch fluently
  • Perfect if you live in the South of the Netherlands!
