What are you going to do:

As a customer service representative, you will work fulltime for one of the leading players in the world of Led lighting. This is a company of Chinese origin whose European headquarters are located in Eindhoven. They import Led lamps from China and sell Led lighting to companies in over 70 countries.

In this position, you hold a dual role. So you are a customer service officer, and you support the marketing department where you support your colleagues in the daily operations. You are therefore able to make important decisions like no other while improving the team's cohesion. Your responsibilities consist of the following two parts:

As a Customer Service Officer, you must be able to:

  • Order processing (order intake/processing/confirmation/invoicing) in SAP;
  • Communication with logistics partners;
  • Required outsourcing with logistics partner;
  • All required communication with customers and sales colleagues;
  • Management of the order delivery process.

As Spanish Marketing Support, you must be able to:

  • Work closely with your colleagues in the marketing department to plan and create content;
  • Develop and implement strategies to raise awareness of the company in Spain, both online and offline;
  • Set up local Awareness & Consideration campaigns to support business objectives;
  • Planning exhibitions and events for clients;
  • Monitoring, analyzing and optimizing campaigns.

You will join a young and informal team of about 6 to 7 people. The working language in the company is English and the customers speak Spanish.

What we offer:

  • A solid base salary of between €2.800 and €3.300 based on work experience (excluding holiday allowance);
  • Relevant work experience in customer service and marketing;

What we ask:

  • Minimum mbo level 4 or equivalent ability
  • You speak and write Spanish fluently. As English is spoken internally, you must also be able to make yourself understood in this language;
  • You have experience in a customer-oriented work environment;
  • Do you have experience with SAP and Microsoft Office? That's an advantage!
